With Elisabeth of Maison Kaiseki, a unique Japanese organic food restaurant in Paris

From my recent visit to the restaurant.
Watching their chef cuisinier Hissa at work is like watching an art performance where the finale is always delicious and surprising!
The food is brought fresh from Japan and it’s certified organic by JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard). I was very surprised to find out that the soy sauce they use takes four years to mature before it is served!
