Still feeling discomfort, but no serious pain. Tried to run slowly and it felt like a slow run. Still sub 29 minutes (28:42). I hope the pain doesn’t come back. Happy Valentine’s weekend everyone! Much love!
Used to be called “running”. Now includes cycling and other types of physical exercise.
Tried to run recently and had to stop at km 2 due to knee pain. Crawled back home. Total distance: 5km/3mi. I was too optimistic about the knee pain I experienced several days ago, will have to take a break!
Sub 30 minutes 5k (29:36) in the heat (30°C/82°F) and an awesome 500 swim after the run. Life is great!
